We are an independent credit broker, sourcing vehicles and introducing customers to lenders with access to a representative range of competitive vehicle finance products and services, and general insurance products. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker and for insurance mediation. We are not a lender.

For your protection and peace of mind, we are members of the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, and we follow their code of conduct. You can use their conciliation service if you are unhappy with the service that we provide. The Financial Ombudsmen Service (FOS) is also an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients.

Prices quoted for business users exclude VAT. Prices quoted for personal users include VAT. VAT-registered business users on the standard scheme may be able to claim up to 100% of the VAT dependent on the vehicle's use.

Customers are responsible for all servicing, maintenance and insurance costs unless otherwise stated. Packages including tyres, servicing, & insurance are available.

Exceeding any agreed mileage will incur a charge at the end of the contract. The lender may make additional charges under the terms of their agreement for cherished number plate transfers, foreign travel authorisations, missed or late payments, or in circumstances where you grossly exceed the agreed mileage, mistreat the vehicle, or if they need to administer any parking fines, road traffic offences, congestion charges, etc. on your behalf.

Where Road Fund Licence is included, it is at the current rate, and you will need to pay the difference if that rate changes.

Your vehicle is at risk if you do not keep up with the repayments.

To obtain the best possible discounts, vehicles are often pre-registered in bulk batches, or have to be registered by a certain date, which may be well before you take delivery. When this pre-registration process takes place, it means that customers will only receive the balance of any manufacturer's warranty or breakdown cover, and where the agreement length is greater than three years from the date the vehicle was first registered, customers on non-maintenance agreements will be responsible for paying for any MOT certificate(s) as required.

Payment for the service that we provide you will be made up of an administration fee which will be clearly detailed on your quotation, which you will pay to us directly. An initial documentation fee and an end-of-contract fee of up to £210 + VAT each may apply. We may receive a discretionary payment, or other benefit from any lender(s) or supplier(s) that we introduce you to. The amount we receive may vary depending on the choices that you make. Where applicable, any amount we receive in this way will be included in your monthly payments and the total amount you pay over the term. You have the right to know the amount of any payment we will receive for our service. We will also tell you when you have a right to cancel along with any other expected charges which might apply. Once a vehicle has been ordered and the loan approved (where applicable), if you subsequently decide to cancel you will need to pay for the cost of all the services provided to you already up to the point of cancellation.
